I guess I'll kick this off. I caught the kissers at the Mowhawk Place in Buffalo a while back. Holy Shit do they rock! The accodianist tears it up like I have never seen, and 6 string fiddle! I highly reccomend that everybody pick up a cd and catch a live performance. Oh yeah, the best version of the wild rover ever done.

6 string fiddle? Seriously? That sounds obscene like those crazy m*th*rf**k*rs that play upright basses with more than 4 strings. I am seriously intrigued by this Frankenstein Monster instrument.
Do they have a website?

i was kinda disappointed to see kari only played the 6-string for one song, though.
fire in the belly is a very solid album. if you miss them on their current tour, feel shame. they put on a most excellent show.

i ordered GOOD FIGHT! the day it came out. it is a very solid album. "what they can". "no war". "pictures at the excecution". all rockin' tracks. their song on Vol2, "kicked in the head", will get you clapping, dancing, and singing along. it's a good one, there.

So, I am interested in checking out The Kissers. I have heard some MP3 from their Myspace site and I like the sound. Can anyone recommend which CD to get first, Fire in the Belly or Good Fight?
I am leaning towards Fire in the Belly, but I have absolutely no idea why.
Anyone interested in an opportunity to express an opinion? (Not usually a problem finding that here!)
