Hello folks, It's been a while since The Kissers have hit the road. The wait is over. Here's the itinerary. 5/9- The Vortex- Beaumont, TX 5/10- Casbeer's- San Antonio, TX 5/11- Railroad Blues- Alpine, TX 5/12- Jovita's- Austin, TX 5/13- Poor David's Pub- Dallas, TX 5/14- The Mercury Lounge- Tulsa, OK 5/16- Knuckleheads- Kansas City, MO 5/17- Jameson's- Waterloo, IA 5/18- Stone's Throw- Eau Claire, WI We'll also have in tow a couple new members. Our old accordion player, Pete "The Kid" Colclasure has up and moved to Seattle to start a new life in the witness protection program, (but don't tell anyone, it's a secret.) We've replaced him with a local organ player, Mike Cammillari, who took to accordion like an Irishman takes to a stout. We've also added a sixth member, named Sean Michael Dargan, on electric guitar and bagpipes. I, the old electric guitar player, have dusted off my trusty mandolin and will playing that ol' thing along side my acoustic guitar and banjo. We've only played a handful of shows thus far with the new line-up, and if I may say so, it's pretty awesome. If you haven't seen us before, or even if you have, you're going to have to check out the new gang. It's going to be killer. Cheers! - Waylan Nate Palan www.thekissers.comwww.myspace.com/thekissers
