Anyone else who saw FM in Europe recently get burned on a shitty t- shirt? I saw them in Galway in this summer and bought the Claddagh shirt for my fiance. When she put it on that night the picture was WAY off to the side. Quite a horrible shirt. It looks terrible. I wasted a bit of money on a shitty shirt that she'll never wear.
Just curious if anyone else got screwed. I was angry enough that I emailed their management when I got back home but got no reply. Figures.

I paid £15 for a black FM t-shirt - yellow writing with pink shamrocks just over a week ago when I saw them in Birmingham - it ain't a bad shirt though I thought it were a bit over-priced especially when the Real McKenzies sold their good quality vest tops for a fiver a few weeks back. And there's no back print either, just on the front.
Saw the Voodoo Glow Skulls tonight, and they were selling their girly shirts for £6, so what justifies £15 I really do not know.
I know, I'm a sucker...

that is pretty expensive, its probably just because Flogging Molly has gotten more recognition and they feel they can get people to pay a higher price for their shirts. Its another way to make a profit.

The Dead Pets sold me a cd AND shirt for a tenner. Now thats good. FM do tend to overcharge for their merch though, even their first UK at the underworld in camden 4 years ago they were £15 Worst fecking shirt ive got was £20 for a Pogues one last year and the damn thing has shrunk and i cant wear it anymore

A black shirt so thin I could read the newspaper through it. I have to say, "Boooo," to FM for their crappy shirts.

girlie shirts, spaghetti straps, babydolls ect.. do cost more to make on a smaller scale, but i am sure the volume that they are getting the price isn't that bad... when i was with the mobtown hooligans, we had babydoll and spaghetti straps that we had to sell for $12 US at shows, and we only made like $2 off the shirts.. but that is because we only could afford to order 36 or 48 at a time... which drives the cost up.. plus they were 2 colors on a black shirt.. which also drives the cost up...
we (charm city saints) always try to sell our merch for as cheap as we can... and we have pretty good quality stuff.. 5.6oz heavy t-shirts, embroidered patches for $4 ect.. i know when i go to shows and there are shirts being sold for more than $15 i usually don't buy 'em ...

It's bizarre that the girls shirts/spaghetti strap stylee tops cost more when you would have thought they'd be cheaper, taking up less material. Not enough bands do the spaghetti strap tops as a result which is a shame as I have too many t-shirts as it is! I've got a nice custom-made Blood or Whiskey vest top which is great as I have the only one in existence, a few folk have stopped me asking where they can get one... Singloudsingproud mentioned £20 for a Pogues shirt - does anybody buy bootleg merch? I've never bothered myself and always go for the real deal though I weren't that impressed by their designs this time round, there were plenty of pirate gear outside Cardiff International Arena back last month.

I sent Chris Skel an email seeing if he could send me over a cd as my Skels ones are all copies and though id get a shirt while i was at it! As for bootleg merch...the only thing ive ever got was a Shane & The Popes football shirt type one with 'MacGowan' on the back. The only Pogues ones they has this time round were the Celtic shirt style ones which were a bit shite i thought.

I just bought a Flatfoot 56 shirt yesterday, it was pretty cool, only wish the pic was bigger on the shirt.
