i borrowed the CD from my friend and i really like it. it was definately worth copying.
the first part of "whistles the wind" sounds like the tossers' 'night on earth'. i can kind of hear macalpine's fusiliers in the first track, but i think the intro to that sounds more like the holy ground than anything else i've heard. or maybe i'm just crazy.
but yeah, i was surprised in how good it is.

i know what some o you guys mean...the new molly album doesnt really do a great deal for me either. few really good tracks (wailing wall, sins, wanderlust). gimme the previous two albums any time. these days though id much rather listen to the tossers or siobhan than molly. and theres some little kids who think theres no1 else around like molly lol

Anyone else notice how much The Peelers' Liquordale sounds like a young Flogging Molly? I actually had to check the writing credits on it first time through. Only real difference is how consistently good it is, nothing stale, only fresher songs. Main songwriter for the Peelers Dave Barton is obviously a FM fan!
