the new albums brilliant. The lyrics to 'Theres a Pub on the Corner' are great! Most of the songs on the new cd are awesome. Have only listened to a couple songs off the "Utter" cd's cause I havent been able to stop listening to the new one.

Slim Cessna's Auto Club!
No traddy-punk really, but a heady mix of dark minor-key bluegrass, bizzarro country, and pentacostal revivalism.
Highly recommended... check 'em out.

Had to leave the show the other night before those guys played but hopefully I'll get the chance to see em again. Landscaping at 8 the next morning. I saved the last bit of the fifth we were drinking off of to give me a jumpstart for the day.

The Pogues - Rum Sodomy & Lash
I haven't really listened to this cd as much as I should have. I usually go straight for the IISFFGWG and Red Roses For Me cds. RS&L is a great album too, love the version of Dirty Old Town they do.

Lately I've been listening to some Joe Strummer & the Mescalaroes, the Misfits 'Project 1950', Jackknife Powerbombs, and a few songs by Luka Bloom off the album 'Riverside'.
I'm tending bar at an Alkaline Trio concert coming up...I'm forced to listen to that. Yay.

Blew off work for the second day in a row. Sitting here with a 6pk of Bass, listening to What The Shite! and lovin it. I was hesitant ordering because I already had 8 or more songs on other cd's, but what a fine mix of groups and songs on vol.2. I like it even better than Vol1. Nice work paddyrollingstone.

Listening to the last.fm radio for artists similar to Amadan. Not so similar as I've just listened to Depeche Mode and Dave Matthews Band, I guess it is based on what fans of Amadan listen to. In my car earlier I was listening to I Muvrini
