been listening to agony a bunch the last couple days. Its pretty damn good. only gripe I've got with it is the album seems to have a really depressed, life is awful attitude to it. I listen to music to feel good. and make what could be a shity life a good one. I guess I should have known better with a album called "agony" haha. I'm about to give it another listen, but as of right now, I am much more impressed by valley of the shadow if death....

My mandolin player jus' got 'is hands on a copy, this mornin'. Listened to it fer a good chunk of the work day. The darker tones already bein' somethin' I was lookin' ahead to, I didn't mind s'much. I liked alot of the more klezmer, an' gypsy influenced tracks (although, kinda weirded out that a track called "Romany" was more irish soundin' than a majority o' the rest o' it). It did pick up fer me, though t'wards the end of the albumn. But gotta agree with Rummy, 'ere, inasmuch, as I prefer the previous albumn(s).
